I've been writing earlier about our issues with ACERBIS and their horrible product support and basically we've given up by now. They replied ONCE to our email, asking for photos and that was it.
On march 3rd, I have sent an email about our defective helmet and up to today, April 17th, no reply, suggestion or solution has been offered. So Acerbis, we'll never buy any product from you any more and so should you!
